Fairview, Pennsylvania Woman Crashes Into Back Of Motorcyclists Causing 4 Car Crash.

A Fairview, Pennsylvania woman is being charged with felony offenses for allegedly driving intoxicated and causing a four-vehicle crash that injured a motorcyclist on Route 116 in Heidelberg, Pennsylvania. Judy Martin, 52, is in the York County Prison on $5,000 bail and a state parole violation. Martin is charged with aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, causing an accident resulting in serious bodily injury, DUI and reckless driving. Martin was reportedly heading westbound when her car crashed into the back of a Harley-Davidson.

The rider was thrown from the motorcycle, which was pushed into an eastbound Rabbit Transit bus carrying two passengers, Martin’s car then crashed into a fourth vehicle. The motorcycle operator was taken to the York Hospital, with suspected serious injuries, and several others were treated at the scene for minor injuries. According to charging documents, Martin was so intoxicated at the crash scene that she could barely walk and was too intoxicated to perform field sobriety tests.
